1. General Provisions

These general conditions of sale govern all sales of products or services (hereinafter referred to as "Products" or individually as "Product") by KARNAK Medical S.r.l. (P.I. IT09972010962) and KARNAK S.r.l. a socio unico (P.I. IT13042370158), with registered office at Via Mauro Macchi, 32 - 20124 Milan (MI) via the website www.karnakhealth.com .

The offer of the Products on the site is addressed only to individuals, professionals and legal entities that do not trade in them in the course of conducting a business ("Customer").

KARNAK Health does not sell products to persons under 18 (eighteen) years of age, who may proceed to purchase products only through a parent or legal guardian; the Client assumes all responsibility resulting from any untrue information in this regard.

KARNAK Health urges the Customer to read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making any purchase, print them out, or otherwise keep a copy.

On the page, however, it is possible to consult at any time the General Conditions of Sale applicable on the date of the Order. KARNAK Health, in any case, will send the Customer a copy of the Order with all necessary information and a copy of the General Conditions of Sale, also by e-mail. The documents may be printed easily.

2. Methods of payment

On www.karnakhealth.com it is possible to use different ways of paying for products so that the customer is always put in a position to purchase in the preferred way. They are available:

- Payment by Credit Card with secure transaction through the PayPal portal that ensures maximum protection of personal data and supports the most popular Credit Cards.

- Payment by Cash on Delivery (which involves an additional fixed cost communicated upon confirmation of the order) to be made in cash to the express courier delivering the product. This option is only available for deliveries within the countries of the European Union.

- Payment by Bank Transfer at the bank details indicated after the order. The shipment will be made only after it is ascertained that the amount has been credited.

3. Methods of delivery

Karnak Health to make its deliveries to customers safe, fast and reliable has chosen partners of the highest quality and reliability. Thanks to this we are able to guarantee delivery throughout Italy within 24/48 working hours and abroad within 3/4 working days.

Shipping costs for deliveries in Italy are free of charge.

For any other country they will be calculated after the order and settled through the most convenient mode for the customer.

In case the delivery cannot be completed due to the absence of the recipient, the couriers will leave a notice or send an e-mail. The recipient may contact the relevant branch of the courier company and arrange for a second delivery or to pick up the goods at the same courier company location.

4. Use of products

Only PERSONAL and/or PROFESSIONAL use of Karnak®, KarnakMed® and Uniwave® products is permitted.

It is not permitted, without written authorization from KARNAK Medical S.r.l. and KARNAK S.r.l. single member, to resell the products or even less to present them in public places, congresses, conventions and fairs or other activities that may damage the image of KARNAK Medical S.r.l. and KARNAK S.r.l. single member companies, products, brands and distributors.

KARNAK®, KARNAKMED® and UNIWAVE® are registered trademarks, the resale of the products is reserved exclusively for resellers in possession of a regular distribution contract entered into with KARNAK Medical S.r.l. and KARNAK S.r.l. a sole shareholder.

5. Technical Support and Warranty

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 ("Consumer Code") all products all products purchased on www.karnakhealth.com are covered by the Legal Warranty of 24 months for purchases as a private individual and 12 months for purchases as a professional, company or corporation.

The warranty is counted from the day the product is delivered.

6. Withdrawal

The Right of Withdrawal is governed by the Consumer Code and concerns only distance sales between the seller and non-professional private consumers, so if you are a VAT number or a company, you cannot make use of the Right of Withdrawal.

You have a period of 14 (fourteen) days to withdraw, without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period ends after 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of the goods or, in the case of services, from the conclusion of the contract.

Within this period you must notify Karnak Health of your wish to withdraw from the contract by sending a communication by registered mail and indicating your wish to avail yourself of the Right of Withdrawal (D.L.G.S. 185/99 of May 22, 1999, implementing EU Directive 97/07/EC) by providing:

- The progressive order or invoice number issued at the time of purchase

- Your personal data (First Name, Last Name, Address, Telephone, Current Account Number, Account Holder with bank details).

If you have complied with the required conditions, Karnak Health will send you the product return code to put on the package.

The sooner the package is returned to Karnak the sooner the refund will be made.

The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the purchaser.

7. Taxes, Customs Duties and VAT

All prices shown are exclusive of 22% VAT.

Goods shipped to countries outside the EU may be subject to duties, dependent on the policies economic policies of the government of the country of destination.

These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and, consequently, contracts of sale concluded online at www.karnakhealth.com, are governed by and construed in accordance with Italian law. In particular, Legislative Decree No. 70 of April 9, 2003 on electronic commerce and Articles 45 to 67 "Of Consumer Rights" of Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005, as amended and supplemented (Consumer Code) for Consumer Customers shall apply.

Any dispute arising from the interpretation will be the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan.
